About us

The object of Heritage Overton is to encourage and promote interest and research in Overton heritage – built, natural and cultural.

Previously known as The Overton Society, formed in 1970, the name was changed in 2019 to Heritage Overton which has a more research and investigative approach to Overton’s history and heritage.

Heritage Overton undertakes projects and activities and shares findings with members and the wider local community through walks, talks and displays and is custodian of the Overton Pictures website.
